Women in HVACR and the EGIA Foundation share a common mission: uplifting the home services trades and creating a better future for our industry, our community, our customers and our world.
As the official HVAC golf tournament of EPIC2024, the year’s most anticipated in-person educational event for home services contractors, Tee Off for the Trades is one of the premier destinations for contractors, distributors, manufacturers and businesses serving the industry to come together in an informal environment.
Despite earning its four-letter-word status, golf is all about the experience! Coyote Hills is a top tier golf course in California for players of all skill-levels.
Registration price includes bus to and from golf event, breakfast, SWAG bag, opportunity to win a trophy and happy hour reception.
Helicopter Ball Drop Sponsorship $5,000 - 1 Available
Sponsor the helicopter ball drop and your company's name will be on the side of the helicopter.
How does it work? Golf balls will be dropped from the helicopter over a flag after the tournament. The owners of balls closest to the flag will win one of our fabulous prizes. Win or lose, your funds will help support both WHVACR and the EGIA Foundation!
The EGIA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to improving and expanding the future workforce of the home services industry. We are actively working to reverse misconceptions about and increase awareness of career paths in our industry among young people.
To reach that better future, we are committed to increasing the pipeline of talented young professionals selecting HVAC as their first-choice career and bolstering the industry’s ability to meet consumer demand well into the future, goals we are working toward through a number of initiatives.
Originally founded in 2002 with approximately 40 members, Women in HVACR was organized exclusively for educational purposes to further the growth of women in all areas of the HVACR industry. This included growth in technical, sales, management and ownership roles. It is the organization’s goal to provide members with a variety of opportunities to network and develop in a professional environment.
WHVACR’s mission is to improve the lives of its members by providing professional avenues to connect with other women growing their careers in the HVACR industry. It empowers women to succeed through networking opportunities, mentoring and education. Our scholarships provide funds for women technicians and business professionals to begin rewarding careers in the HVACR industry.
